Nabeeha Siddiqui is an Associate with Marks, O’Neill, O’Brien, Doherty & Kelly. Nabeeha is admitted to practice in New York as well as Sindh, Pakistan.
Nabeeha graduated from Georgetown University Law Center, with an LL.M. Nabeeha then attended Lahore University of Management Sciences for her B.A. to LL.B, graduating with honors.
During law school, Nabeeha was actively involved with the law society, handled multiple pro bono projects and interned with the largest litigation firms in Pakistan. After graduating, Nabeeha practiced for two years in the commercial hub of Pakistan – Karachi with a leading litigation firm and independently handled multiple international and local complex commercial disputes. Nabeeha also independently undertook pro bono projects for multiple human rights organizations and spearheaded an effort to connect young students with lawyers after the #MeToo movement in Pakistan. At Georgetown University, Nabeeha externed with a global law firm and was an active member of the Georgetown International Arbitration Society.
Prior to joining Marks O’Neill, Nabeeha was employed at an entertainment law boutique in New York and handled multiple matters for celebrity clientele relating to commercial disputes, trademark and copyright infringement, as well as claims arising from wrongful termination, retaliation and discrimination.
At Marks O’Neill, Nabeeha brings her experience to the Casualty, Healthcare, Professional Liability, Construction and Transportation practice groups.
Outside of work, Nabeeha, enjoys reading, watching theatre, and attending classical music concerts.
