Mouna Jaouad is an Associate with Marks, O’Neill, O’Brien, Doherty & Kelly. She is admitted to practice in New York.
Mouna graduated cum laude from Rutgers University-New Brunswick in 2016, with a bachelor’s degree in political science, history, and middle eastern studies. She attended St. John’s School of Law with a Dean’s Scholarship, graduating in 2019. Mouna served on the Dean’s Advisory Council, served as the President of the Multilingual Legal Advocates, was a Center for International and Comparative Law Student Fellow, and a Trial Advocacy Team Member.
During law school, Mouna participated in a six-month practicum program working in the Office of Legal Affairs at the NATO SHAPE headquarters in Belgium, served as an intern for an international non-profit organization, and as an intern with the Army JAG Corps’ Defense Appellate Division.
Prior to joining Marks O’Neill, Mouna served as a Legal Compliance Officer for a non-profit organization and as an associate attorney for a regional litigation firm handling complex commercial litigation, products liability, and mass torts matters.
Outside of work, Mouna enjoys traveling, watching soccer, and playing tennis.
