Miguel Aguilo-Seara is an Associate with Marks, O’Neill, O’Brien, Doherty & Kelly‘s Philadelphia office. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania. He is also a member of the Philadelphia Bar Association.
Miguel graduated cum laude from Drexel University Lebow College of Business in 2013, with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Prior to attending law school, Miguel was a paralegal at a large law firm in Philadelphia. He then attended Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law, graduating in 2018.
During law school, Miguel participated in Reimel Moot Court and served as a Certified Legal Intern for the Clinic for Asylum, Refugee & Emigrant Services (CARES). Additionally, he was a legal extern at Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), was a 2016 Philadelphia Diversity Law Group summer fellow, and was a summer associate at two law firms.
Following law school, Miguel clerked with the Honorable Donald J. Stein, where he gained experience working in the Civil Division of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Camden County. Additionally, while there, he was formally trained as a mediator.
Outside of work, Miguel enjoys traveling, indoor cycling and spending time with his golden retriever Henry.
