Michael V. Slivjak is an Associate with Marks, O’Neill, O’Brien, Doherty & Kelly’s New Jersey office. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
Michael graduated summa cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania in 2011, with a Bachelor’s degree in History. He later attended Temple University’s Beasley School of Law, graduating cum laude in 2013. During law school, he was a staffer and editor of the Temple Law Review, where he co-founded the official supplement, Temple Law Review Online. He also interned with the Honorable C. Darnell Jones, II (E.D. Pa), the Honorable Ellen H. Ceisler (Pa. Common Pleas) and the Philadelphia Law Department’s Civil Right Unit. After law school, Michael clerked for the Honorable Susan F. Maven in the New Jersey Superior Court Appellate Division and Chancery, Family Part.
Since joining Marks O’Neill in 2016, Michael has represented clients in matters involving construction defects and accidents, environmental subrogation, and products liability, as well as general litigation, premises liability and transportation claims.
