Michael E. Tuttle is an Associate with Marks, O’Neill, O’Brien, Doherty & Kelly’s Westchester NY office. He is admitted to practice in New York and is a member of the New York State Bar Association.
Michael graduated from the State University of New York at Purchase College in 2010 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree. He attended New York Law School as a John Marshall Harlan scholar. During law school, Michael worked as a research assistant to Professor Nadine Strossen, a renowned constitutional scholar and former president of the American Civil Liberties Union. Following law school, Michael volunteered his time and experience working with Legal Service of the Hudson Valley as well as with Prisoners’ Legal Services of New York.
Prior to joining Marks O’Neill, Michael was an Assistant District Attorney for the County of Rockland, State of New York, where he prosecuted hundreds of criminal cases and gained valuable trial experience.
Michael enjoys traveling and spending time with his wife, their teenaged daughter, and their dog.
