Since joining Marks O’Neill in 2010, Michael has represented clients in litigation of a variety of topic areas, but especially personal injury; from premises liability, through products liability, and including wrongful death. His practice involves significant work in bankruptcy matters for large corporations, as well as direct representation of insurance companies. Mike has extensive experience in professional liability matters and has maintained this topic area throughout his career.
Michael enjoys the informal study of history, including military history, is an avid reader of classic science fiction and tries to keep up with developments in science and technology.
