Mark Rozenberg is an Associate with Marks, O’Neill, O’Brien, Doherty & Kelly. Mark is admitted to practice in New York.

Mark graduated from University of California, San Diego, with a bachelor’s degree in political science. Mark then attended New York Law School.  During law school, Mark was awarded the Dean’s Merit Scholarship and served as a research assistant in the field of antitrust law. In addition, Mark externed for the legal department of a major consumer products manufacturer and completed an internship at the U.S. Department of Justice Antitrust Division.

Prior to joining Marks O’Neill, Mark was employed at a plaintiffs’ law firm, focusing on consumer protection class action litigation. Mark has extensive experience with ADA, FCRA, and FDCPA matters.

Since joining Marks O’Neill, Mark brings his experience to the Casualty, Healthcare, Professional Liability, Construction and Transportation practice groups.

Outside of work, Mark enjoys spending time with his family, listening to classic rock, and tinkering with old watches.
