Marina Tricorico is an Associate with Marks, O’Neill, O’Brien, Doherty & Kelly’s New York City office. She is admitted to practice in New York.
Marina graduated, cum laude, from Seton Hall University in 2009, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Art History and a minor in Italian Studies. She attended Brooklyn Law School, graduating in 2014. During law school, she was a national team member of the Moot Court Honor Society, Trial Advocacy Division. There, she received the award for Best Cross Examination at a regional trial advocacy competition the Judge Doris A. Thompson and Judge Edward Thompson Award for Excellence in Trial Advocacy at graduation.
During law school, she interned for the New York State Supreme Court, New York County, the Kings County District Attorney’s Office, and for a civil litigation firm. After law school, Marina began working at the Richmond County District Attorney’s Office in Staten Island, New York in the Domestic Violence and Special Victims Bureaus. There, Marina prosecuted and tried felony cases, including trials for attempted kidnapping and attempted murder, and gained extensive experience working with crime victims of all ages and abilities.
Marina was born and raised in Staten Island, New York and currently resides there. Marina enjoys hiking, baking, classic rock and soul music, and babysitting for her friends’ growing number of children.
