Maria Pavlatos is an Associate with Marks, O’Neill, O’Brien, Doherty & Kelly’s New York City Office. She is admitted to practice in New York.
Maria graduated from Hofstra University, with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. She attended St. John’s School of Law, graduating in 2020. During law school Maria received an Academic Achievement Award Scholarship.
During law school, Maria was a judicial intern for the Honorable Norman St. George, Administrative Judge for Nassau County. Additionally, she was a student attorney in the Securities and Arbitration Clinic where she represented underserved investors in claims before the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority. Maria also gained significant legal experience working inhouse for a corporation. There, she assisted attorneys with drafting legal research papers, preparing FOIL requests, and reviewing commercial real estate contracts.
Outside of work, Maria enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
