Madelynn Correnti is an Associate with Marks, O’Neill, O’Brien, Doherty, & Kelly’s New Jersey office. They are admitted to practice in New Jersey.

Madelynn graduated from the University of Delaware in 2018, with a bachelor’s degree in Political Science. They then attended the Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law, graduating in 2021 with honors in the intellectual property concentration. During law school, they served as President of the Intellectual Property Law Society. They also gained client-focused experience as a Student Clinician in the Entrepreneurial Law Clinic, as a Help Line Volunteer at the SeniorLAW Center, and Legal Services Coordinator at Philadelphia Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts.

Prior to joining Marks O’Neill, Madelynn clerked for the Honorable Harold U. Johnson, Jr., P.J.F.P., of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Vicinage 15. During their clerkship, Madelynn also served as a court trained settlement facilitator, handling disputes in the special civil division. They also worked at an insurance defense firm in Philadelphia where they assisted with the handling of discovery in personal injury and other matters.

Madelynn is a member of the Marks O’Neill Diversity & Inclusion Committee, where they passionately promote diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the firm.

Outside of work, Madelynn enjoys cooking, hiking, and traveling.
