Madeline M. Napierkowski is an Associate with Marks, O’Neill, O’Brien, Doherty & Kelly’s Philadelphia office. She is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania.
Madeline graduated from University of Delaware in 2017, with Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice. She then attended Widener University Delaware Law School, where she was the Student Bar Association Vice President of Student Affairs and Alumni Relations and Transactional Law Honor Society Treasurer. She graduated from Delaware Law in 2020.
During law school Madeline acquired practical and hands-on experience outside of the classroom. She worked as a law clerk for Marks, O’Neill, O’Brien, Doherty & Kelly, P.C.’s Philadelphia Office, as a summer associate and as law clerk during her third year of law school. She also served as a law clerk for a personal injury firm, where she assisted with both plaintiff and defense litigation by drafting discovery responses, pleadings, and motions, as well as conducting complex legal research.
Since joining Marks O’Neill as an associate in 2021, Madeline has represented clients in a wide variety of civil disputes. She concentrates her practice areas in employment law, professional liability, premises liability and transportation.
Outside of the office, Madeline enjoys spending time reading, traveling, cheering on all Philadelphia sports teams (go birds) and spending time with friends and family.
