Lynn Abelson Liebman is Of Counsel with Marks, O’Neill, O’Brien, Doherty and Kelly’s Westchester office. She is admitted to practice in New York and the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
Lynn graduated from the University of New Haven in 1979 with a Bachelor of Science degree. She attended Touro College, Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law School, graduated magna cum laude in 1986. During law school, she was a member of the Touro Law Review, participated in Moot Court and was awarded several American Jurisprudence Awards
During law school Lynn worked full-time in the New York County District Attorney’s Office as a legal assistant to several Assistant District Attorneys. She also worked in the law office of Judge Edward Rappaport, gaining experience in litigation for both defendants and plaintiffs.
Lynn focuses her practice in labor law, general liability and nursing malpractice matters. She has extensive trial experience in liability matters, as well as conducting depositions and writing appeals.
Lynn enjoys antiquing, reading and spending time with her husband and daughters.
