Laurie DiPreta is Of Counsel with Marks, O’Neill, O’Brien, Doherty & Kelly. She is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts in the State of New York.

Laurie graduated from the State University of New York at Albany, magna cum laude, in 1983 with Bachelor of Arts degree in political science. She attended Syracuse University College of Law, graduating in 1986.  During law school, Laurie interned in the office of the New York State Attorney General and with the New York City Corporation Counsel.

Laurie has over thirty years of wide-ranging litigation experience, focused on insurance defense matters. At Marks O’Neill, Laurie brings her extensive experience to the Casualty, Construction, Professional Liability and Transportation practice groups.

Outside of work, Laurie enjoys traveling, the outdoors and reading.
