Kieran E. Fox is of Counsel with Marks, O’Neill, O’Brien, Doherty & Kelly. He is admitted to practice in Maryland and the United States District Court for the District of Maryland.
Kieran graduated from the American University in 1989, with a bachelor’s degree in International Business. He attended the Catholic University Columbus School of Law, graduating in 1993, with a Juris Doctor degree, and a Certificate in Comparative and International Law. During law school, he interned at the Department of Justice, Office of International Affairs, and was chosen as alternate member of CUA Law’s Jessup Cup team. After graduating from law school, Kieran worked for a healthcare consultancy, as well as two law firms, including an Amlaw 100 firm.
Kieran has represented clients in all types of civil litigation matters, including product liability actions (tobacco, pharmaceutical, and asbestos), business matters, and construction claims and defects. Kieran has extensive experience in all aspects of litigation, from initial case assessment through trial, in both state and federal courts. He has assisted clients with regulatory compliance involving HIPAA, Stark II, the Bank Secrecy Act and the Sarbanes-Oxley Act.
Kieran enjoys spending time with his family and dogs, playing soccer and golf, cycling, and cheering on the Ravens and Orioles.
