Kelsey M. Edenzon is an Associate with Marks, O’Neill, O’Brien, Doherty & Kelly’s New York City office. She is admitted to practice in New York.
Kelsey graduated from California State University, Chico in 2012, with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, and a Minor in Sociology. She attended American University Washington College of Law, graduating in 2016. During law school, Kelsey concentrated in criminal law, was a member of the Women in Law Association, and was a Senior Editor for the Criminal Law Practitioner Brief.
During law school, she interned for the Montgomery County State’s Attorney’s Office. There, she gained valuable litigation experience.
Prior to coming to Marks O’Neill, Kelsey worked for the Bronx County District Attorney’s Office, where she prosecuted serious felony cases and gained a substantial amount of trial experience.
Since joining Marks O’Neill in 2020. Kelsey has represented clients in all types of General Liability and Professional Liability matters. She focuses his/her practice in the defense of professional malpractice and employment claims. She has extensive experience with trial preparation, interviewing witnesses, and negotiating cases to resolution.
She enjoys exploring New York City and learning about the city’s history.
