Jordan D. Freeman is an Associate with Marks, O’Neill, O’Brien, Doherty & Kelly‘s New Jersey office. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York.
Jordan graduated from Texas Tech University in 2007, with a B.A. in Philosophy and a minor in Physics and Mathematics. He attended Rutgers Law School, graduating in 2012. During law school, he was on the Editorial Board of the Rutgers Business Law Review.
During law school, Jordan interned at a law firm in Manhattan focusing on the preparation of corporate transactional and litigation related documents. He subsequently began working as a law clerk at a law office in New Jersey and, after being admitted to the bar, as an associate. There, he gained extensive litigation experience in trial courts in both New York and New Jersey. He also represented labor unions in a variety of matters. Additionally, he handled workers’ compensation matters throughout New Jersey.
Jordan then accepted an in-house position at a national insurance carrier defending personal injury lawsuits. In that role, he successfully tried multiple cases to verdict and handled all assigned cases from inception through resolution.
Since joining Marks O’Neill in 2017, Jordan focuses his practice in Construction Accident, Construction Defect, & Surety Bond, General Litigation, Premises Liability and Transportation
Jordan enjoys exercising and spending time with his family. He resides in Mercer County with his wife and two sons.
