Jeffrey K. Daman is Of Counsel with Marks, O’Neill, O’Brien, Doherty & Kelly. He is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts of New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania.
Jeffrey graduated from the University of Pennsylvania School of Law in 2000. During law school, Jeffrey was a summer law clerk for the Honorable Dominic J. Squatrito, United States District Judge for the District of Connecticut. At graduation, Jeffrey also received the Pro Bono Award. Jeffrey also earned a Masters in Political Science from University of Pennsylvania’s School of Arts and Science in 2000.
Prior to attending law school, Jeffrey attended the University of Pennsylvania College of Arts and Sciences, graduating cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and in Economics, and with minors in International Relations and History. He was also a College Advisor and was active in various campus organizations.
Prior to joining Marks O’Neill, Jeffrey was a seasoned and accomplished attorney at various international and boutique litigation firms, handling complex civil and commercial litigation matters.
Since joining Marks O’Neill, Jeffrey brings his vast experience to represent clients in a broad variety of cases including a variety of casualty matters, including premises liability, construction accidents, and transportation claims.
Jeffrey enjoys watching most sports, including on the high school and college level, and playing some, including racquetball, as well as spending time with his family.
