Jared Silber is an Associate with Marks, O’Neill, O’Brien, Doherty & Kelly. He is admitted to practice in Maryland.

Jared graduated magna cum laude from the University of Baltimore in 2019, with a bachelor’s degree in Jurisprudence. He attended the University of Baltimore School of Law, graduating cum laude in 2021. During law school, he participated in a voluntary co-curricular training program on legal ethics, technology skills for lawyers, and the business of law through the Law Career Development Office’s Spring 2020 Professionalism Certificate Program.

During law school, Jared interned at the State’s Attorney’s Office of Baltimore City and externed at the Public Defender’s Office, Post-Conviction Unit.

Prior to joining Marks O’Neill, Jared worked full time as an Associate at a personal injury law firm.

Since joining Marks O’Neill, Jared has focused his practice on defending professionals against claims of malpractice. He defends employers in claims arising from wrongful termination, retaliation and discrimination. Jared represents municipal and public entities. He also represents individuals and businesses in cases involving both personal injury and property damage on their premises.

Outside of work, Jared enjoys hiking and playing with his dog, Carmella.
