Jacqueline G. Greiss is an Associate Attorney with Marks, O’Neill, O’Brien, Doherty & Kelly’s Maryland office. She is admitted to practice in Maryland, the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, and the United States District Court for the District Court of Maryland. She is also a member of the Maryland State Bar Association.
Jackie graduated from Austin Peay State University in 2014, with a Bachelor of Science in English. She attended University of Baltimore School of Law graduating in 2018.
During law school, she was a student attorney in the Human Trafficking Prevention Project Clinic, which aids victims of human trafficking.
While in law school, she also clerked at different civil firms around the Baltimore area. There she gained experience in all aspects of civil litigation, including, drafting pleadings, motions and assisting with trial preparation.
Prior to joining Marks, O’Neill, O’Brien, Doherty & Kelly, Jackie clerked for the Honorable Videtta A. Brown of the Circuit Court for Baltimore City. Since joining Marks O’Neill, Jackie has represented clients in matters of general liability. Jackie is also a member of Marks O’Neill’s Diversity & Inclusion Committee.
She enjoys traveling, reading and spending time with family and friends.
