Georgia Pham is Of Counsel with Marks, O’Neill, O’Brien, Doherty & Kelly. She is admitted to practice in Delaware, Pennsylvania, and Virginia. She is admitted to practice before the United States District Courts of Delaware and for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

Georgia graduated from the University of Delaware with a bachelor’s degree in applied nutrition. While at the University of Delaware, Georgia was inducted based on her GPA into the National History Honors Society. She also participated in leadership for student government organizations. Georgia attended The George Washington University Law School in Washington, D.C., graduating in 2012.

During law school, Georgia acted as a teaching assistant for undergraduate law related courses, engaged with the Project for Older Prisoners, and completed an independent legal writing fellowship in which she authored an article “Judicial Blue Penciling of Non-Compete Agreements.” Georgia served as an extern to the Delaware Court of Common Pleas. She also drafted a number of articles for ABA-related publications.

Following law school, Georgia served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Robert Young, of the Superior Court of Delaware. Prior to joining Marks O’Neill, Georgia was employed as a prosecutor by the Delaware Department of Justice and has significant trial experience.

Since joining Marks O’Neill, Georgia has focused her practice on product liability, transportation, premises liability, personal injury, and professional liability matters.

Outside of work Georgia enjoys hiking with her family, running, and reading.
