Frank Mario Rizzo is an Associate with Marks, O’Neill, O’Brien, Doherty & Kelly’s New York City office. He is admitted to practice in New York, New Jersey, as well as the United States District Courts, in the Eastern and Southern Districts. He is also a member of the New York State Bar Association, American Bar Association and LeGal.
Frank graduated from Northeastern University in 2008, magna cum laude, with a bachelor’s degree, double majoring in English and Political Science. He attended Suffolk University Law School, graduating in 2012. During law school, he was awarded with Dean’s List honors, as well as Pro Bono Honors, for completing over 250 hours of pro bono work upon graduating.
During law school, Frank concentrated in civil/criminal litigation, torts, family law, and trial practice. After his first year, he held a clerkship as a judicial intern for the Bristol County Juvenile Court. In his second year, he was admitted as a Student Prosecutor for the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office. In his third year, Frank was a Student Attorney for the Suffolk University Law School Family Advocacy Clinical Program. There he gained litigation and trial experience on both the civil and criminal level.
Since joining Marks O’Neill, Frank has represented clients in a multitude of general liability matters, including but not limited to: premises liability, product liability, labor law cases, property damage and motor vehicle cases. Frank has represented clients in commercial litigation, real estate litigation, tax liens/mortgage foreclosures, family law and surrogate matters. He is also a member of Marks O’Neill’s Diversity & Inclusion Committee.
Outside of the office, Frank enjoys running marathons, cooking and producing music.
