Eric T. Romanowski is an Associate with Marks, O’Neill, O’Brien, Doherty & Kelly. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, New York and New Jersey.

Eric graduated from Monmouth University with a bachelor’s degree in Political Science in 2015. Eric attended Elisabeth Haub School of Law of Pace University, graduating with a Juris Doctorate in 2018.  During law school, Eric served as the President of the Health Law Society and was an active member of the school’s trial advocacy program.  He participated in the Marshall Thurgood Moot Court Competition in Washington, D.C., New York State Arbitration Competition, and served as a Vice Bailiff Chair for the National Environmental Law Moot Court Competition.  While attending law school, Eric worked for the Honorable Judge Susan J. Steele, presiding Judge of the Bergen County Criminal Division, and for Pace’s Trial Advocacy Director as a law clerk on high-profile municipal liability and employment matters.

Prior to joining Marks O’Neill, Eric was a litigation attorney for insurance defense firms in New York and New Jersey, handling premises liability, construction and trucking/transport litigation, with a focus on advanced diagnostic investigation.  Eric also worked for a Pennsylvania law firm where he lead the Civil and License Restoration Division.  He also served as the solicitor for the Civil Service Commission of Darby, PA.

At Marks O’Neill, Eric brings his experience to the Casualty, Healthcare, Construction and Transportation practice groups.

Eric lives with his girlfriend, Megan, in Exton, PA with their cats, Meeko and Odin. He enjoys fresh and saltwater fishing, and is an avid Philadelphia Eagles, Phillies, Flyers, and 76ers fan.
