Ekaterine N. Eleftheriou is a Senior Associate with Marks, O’Neill, O’Brien, Doherty, and Kelly. She is admitted to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
Ekaterine graduated magna cum laude from Rowan University, with a bachelor’s degree in political science. She then attended the Rutgers Camden School of Law, graduating with honors. While in law school, Ekaterine had the pleasure of clerking for the Honorable Matthew D. Carrafiello, in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas.
Ekaterine has vast experience in civil litigation through her work at two regional plaintiffs’ personal injury law firms, handling a variety of matters including medical malpractice, automobile injury, and premises liability. Ekaterine also served as a Municipal Prosecutor and Solicitor in several townships within Gloucester and Salem County.
Ekaterine remains a member of the District IV Ethics Committee where she investigates grievances filed against attorneys.
At Marks O’Neill, Ekaterine focuses her practice on representing clients in a broad variety of cases including premises liability, construction accidents, transportation, fraud investigation, insurance coverage disputes and workers’ compensation.
Outside of work, Ekaterine enjoys spending time with her husband, Mike, and their three children, watching sports, and spending time outdoors. She is also a member of the Glassboro Planning Board and enjoys volunteering her time to the Glassboro Public Schools where she is a member of the parent teacher advisory committee.
