David Gorelick is an Associate with Marks, O’Neill, O’Brien, Doherty & Kelly’s Westchester office. He is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey. He is also a member of the Rockland County Bar Association.
David graduated from Stony Brook University in 2011, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. He also attended graduate school at Stony Brook University, graduating in 2012 with a Master of Arts degree in Public Policy. He attended the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, graduating in 2015.
During law school, David served on the Cardozo Arts and Entertainment Law Journal, was a Special Counsel Intern for the Nassau County District Attorney’s office, and was a General Litigation Intern for the Nassau County Attorney’s Office. He also completed a clerkship with the New York City Law Department Appeals Division.
Upon graduating from law school, David was an associate at a firm in New City, New York where he handled criminal and civil matters.
Since joining Marks O’Neill in 2019, David has represented clients in in a multitude of personal injury matters and focuses his practice on general liability issues.
David has extensive experience drafting pleadings, engaging in motion practice, and taking/defending examinations before trial.
David enjoys travelling and resides with his wife in Scarsdale, New York.
