Danielle Scott is an Associate with Marks, O’Neill, O’Brien, Doherty & Kelly. She is admitted to practice is New York and South Carolina.
Danielle graduated from the University of Pittsburgh in 2016, with a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and History. She graduated from the University of South Carolina’s School of Law in 2019. During law school she was a Dean’s List recipient, she received the Krista D. Latshaw Endowment, Public Interest Fellowship, and was Secretary of the South Carolina Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
During law school, Danielle interned at the Fifth Judicial Circuit Public Defender Office, the South Carolina Attorney General’s office, South Carolina Commission on Indigent Defense, and she externed for the Honorable Judge Marguerite D. Downing, Judge for the Los Angeles Superior Court.
Prior to joining Marks O’ Neill, Danielle was an Associate Attorney working in Civil Litigation and has worked as an Assistant Public Defender.
Since joining Marks O’Neill in 2023, Danielle has focused her practice on the areas of Casualty and Construction Accident, Construction Defect.
Outside of work, Danielle enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time with friends and family.
