Daniel Rosenn is an Associate with Marks, O’Neill, O’Brien, Doherty & Kelly. Daniel is currently admitted to practice in New York.

Daniel graduated from Binghamton University in 2018 with a dual Bachelor’s Degree in English with a focus on Creative Writing, and Philosophy, Politics and Law. Daniel attended Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 2021.

During law school, Daniel served as the multi-media committee chair and student senator for the Student Bar Association and held positions on the executive boards of the Fashion and Entertainment Law Societies. He was also a staff editor of the Cardozo Journal of Conflict Resolution and served as a teaching assistant for the Entertainment Law Course. Concurrently, Daniel held internships at various law firms gaining both litigation and transactional experience.

Prior to joining Marks O’Neill, Daniel worked as an intellectual property attorney, handling trademark, copyright, and intellectual property matters. He also was an attorney at a consumer debt firm, handling negotiation, settlement, and litigation matters.

At Marks O’Neill, Daniel brings his experience to the Casualty, Healthcare, Professional Liability, Construction and Transportation practice groups.

Outside of work, Daniel enjoys reading, entering creative writing competitions, and ballroom dancing competitively.
