Daniel O’Hara is Of Counsel with Marks, O’Neill, O’Brien, Doherty & Kelly’s Maryland office. He is admitted to practice in Maryland and the United States District Court for the District of Maryland. He is also a member of the Maryland State Bar Association.
Dan graduated from the Ohio University in 2003, with a degree in Political Science. He then attended Regent University School of Law, graduating in 2008. During law school, Daniel was a member of Regent University’s Business Law Society. He also interned for the Maryland Attorney General’s Medicaid Fraud Unit. Following law school, Daniel worked for 10 years as an associate attorney at another litigation firm, where gained extensive civil ligation experience, including matters involving personal injuries, workers’ compensation claims, disability claims, ERISA claims, and employment disputes.
Daniel enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, and cheering for his favorite sports teams, the Orioles and Ravens. He also enjoys camping and serves as the Advancement Coordinator for his son’s Boy Scout troop.
