Daniel L. Krisch is an Associate with Marks, O’Neill, O’Brien, Doherty & Kelly’s New Jersey office. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey, Minnesota and the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.
Daniel graduated from Rutgers University in 2013, with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Criminal Justice. He attended Georgetown University Law Center, graduating in 2018. During law school, he was an executive editor on the Food and Drug Law Journal, and a student attorney in the Community Justice Project: Health Justice Alliance Clinic. Dan also interned with the Honorable Gregory M. Sleet in the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware, and the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, in the Office of the General Counsel.
Prior to joining Marks O’Neill, Daniel served two terms as a judicial law clerk in the New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Division, with the Honorable Carmen H. Alvarez, P.J.A.D., and the Honorable William E. Nugent, J.A.D.
Since joining Marks O’Neill, Daniel focuses his practice in the following areas: General Casualty, Construction Accident/Construction Defect, Products Liability, and Transportation/Trucking matters.
Daniel enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, and is a devoted Philadelphia Eagles fan.
