Cody Cintrón is an Associate with Marks, O’Neill, O’Brien, Doherty & Kelly. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania.
Cody graduated from Middlebury College in 2017, with a bachelor’s degree in Philosophy. During his time there, he interned for the Kings County District Attorney’s office in Brooklyn, New York. Following his graduation from Middlebury, Cody was employed as a paralegal for a firm in New York City, where he tended to a variety of matters involving construction, real estate, and white collar crime.
Cody attended the Temple University Beasley School of Law, graduating in 2022, where he served as student and community liaison of Temple’s Latinx American Law Student Alliance. During law school, Cody clerked for the Honorable Judge Cynthia Rufe in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and completed a practicum with Temple University Hospital’s general counsel where he worked with members of their compliance group.
Cody first joined Marks O’Neill as a law clerk. Following his graduation from Temple, Cody returned to the firm full time to defend a variety of cases concerning premises liability, trucking accidents, and products liability litigation.
Cody lives in Philadelphia, with his girlfriend and their kitten, Whiz. Outside of the office, Cody enjoys playing disc golf, cooking, and spending time with friends and family.
