C. Clark Hodgson, III, is an Associate attorney with Marks, O’Neill, O’Brien, Doherty & Kelly‘s Philadelphia office. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the District of New Jersey and the United States District of Federal Claims. He is also a member of the Pennsylvania and Philadelphia Bar Associations.
Clark graduated from the University of Scranton in 2010, with a degree in Human Resources Management and Business. Following undergraduate school, Clark attended Rutgers School of Law- Camden, graduating in 2013. During law school, he competed in an interscholastic Moot Court competition and interned for the Honorable Timothy Rice, Magistrate Judge for the United States District Court, Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
During law school, Clark also interned at a large Philadelphia firm focusing primarily on commercial litigation and general liability defense matters.
Prior to joining Marks O’Neill, Clark practiced at a large Philadelphia law firm for several years gaining significant experience trying cases in the local state and federal courts and working primarily in the employment and securities practice areas. He also worked at a large reputable Plaintiff’s firm litigating mass torts and other medical malpractice claims.
Since joining Marks O’Neill in 2018, Clark has represented clients in medical malpractice suits and premise and professional liability actions.
Away from work, Clark enjoys spending time with his family and pretty much all things Philadelphian.
