Bradley S. Clark is an Associate with Marks, O’Neill, O’Brien, Doherty & Kelly. Brad is admitted to practice in Maryland and the United States District Court for the District of Maryland.
Brad graduated from Towson University in 2011 with a bachelor’s degree in writing. He received his law degree from the University of Baltimore School of Law, graduating magna cum laude in 2020.
During law school, Brad served as a staff editor and executive board member on the University of Baltimore Law Review. Brad completed his law school clinical work as a Rule 19-220 student attorney with the University of Baltimore’s Innocence Project Clinic, spending a year investigating his client’s claim of actual innocence stemming from a 2010 murder conviction in 2010. Brad served as a research assistant to Professor Brianna M. Ford in 2019 and to Professor Garrett Epps in 2020.
Prior to joining Marks O’Neill, Brad was employed as a public defender in Bel Air, Maryland and as a civil litigator at a regional litigation firm in Baltimore City, Maryland.
At Marks O’Neill, Brad brings his experience to the Casualty, Healthcare, Professional Liability, Construction and Transportation practice groups.
Outside of work, you can find Brad playing with his son and walking, shopping, and dining in Baltimore City with his wife. He enjoys reading, playing and listening to music, and tending to his extensive houseplant collection. Brad is an avid, lifelong fan of the Baltimore Orioles.
