Benjamin J. Tursi is a Partner with Marks, O’Neill, O’Brien, Doherty & Kelly. He is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, along with the U. S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. He is also a member of the American and Bucks County Bar Associations.
Benjamin graduated from Pennsylvania State University, with a Pre-Law/Administration of Justice degree. He then attended Widener University School of Law. During law school, he worked in the Financial Aid Department and also clerked at the firm’s Delaware office for two years.
Since joining Marks O’Neill, Benjamin has represented clients in a variety of areas and cases involving catastrophic losses, construction defects, construction accidents, subrogation, premises liability, motor vehicle (trucking) accidents, products liability, environmental and property damages, medical malpractice, psychiatric malpractice and dental malpractice.
Benjamin enjoys playing basketball, soccer and exercising.
