Ashley N. Rodgers is Of Counsel with Marks, O’Neill, O’Brien, Doherty & Kelly’s Pittsburgh office. She is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, West Virginia, U. S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, United States District Court for the Northern District of West Virginia, United States District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia and Third Circuit Court of Appeals. She is a member of the Allegheny County Bar Association and the Pennsylvania Bar Association.
Ashley graduated from the University of Pittsburgh in 2006, with a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice. She then attended Duquesne University Law School, graduating in 2012. During law school, she was awarded the CALI Award in White Collar Crime and Legal Writing and an Excellence in Writing Award from the Duquesne University Law School Alumni Association. She also worked at a litigation firm where she gained experience in labor and employment law, personal injury law, workers’ compensation, criminal law and family law.
Since joining Marks O’Neill in 2013, Ashley has represented clients in personal injury, products liability, premises liability and transportation, toxic tort, dram shop, civil rights, construction litigation, professional malpractice and medical malpractice cases. Ashley has represented clients in front of the Workers’ Compensation Court, National Labor Relations Board and Pennsylvania Human Rights Commission. She also has extensive experience with personal injury, premises liability and product liability matters. Ashley is also a member of Marks O’Neill’s Diversity & Inclusion Committee.
Ashley enjoys reading, road trips, shooting pool and exploring Western Pennsylvania’s cultural and historical sites. She lives with her husband and stepdaughter in an Eastern suburb of Pittsburgh.
