Arykah Trabosh is a Senior Associate with Marks, O’Neill, O’Brien, Doherty & Kelly. She is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. She is also admitted to practice in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, and the United States Supreme Court.
Arykah graduated from the Metropolitan State College of Denver with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a Minor in Chemistry. She then attended the Rutgers School of Law.
Since joining the New Jersey and Pennsylvania bars, Arykah has successfully represented hundreds of clients in all aspects of employment-related litigation, including matters involving wrongful termination, discrimination, retaliation, workplace harassment, wage and hour violations, and many other employment-related disputes.
Arykah brings with her a significant background in litigating complex matters and a proven track record of client satisfaction. In addition, Arykah is a trained civil mediator and acts as a court-appointed mediator for litigation filed in the New Jersey Superior Court.
At Marks O’Neill, Arykah brings her extensive experience to the firm’s Employment Law, Municipal and Public entity, Professional Liability and Casualty groups.
Outside of work, Arykah enjoys spending time with her family and enjoys playing pickle ball and engaging in outdoor activities. She is also an active member of her community and serves on her town’s Ethical Standards Board.
