Anna Mandel is an Associate with Marks, O’Neill, O’Brien, Doherty & Kelly’s New York City office. She is admitted to practice in New York State and before the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. Anna is a member of the Arbitration Committee of the New York City Bar Association.
Anna graduated from Yale University in 2007, with a Bachelor of Science degree. She attended Boston College Law School, graduating in 2012. During law school, Anna participated in the Boston College Law School London Programme, a program focused on arbitration at King’s College – London School of Law, and completed an externship with an international human rights organization in London.
Also during law school, Anna focused on alternative dispute resolution, including arbitration and mediation, and completed internships in commercial and investment arbitration practice groups. Prior to joining Marks, O’Neill, O’Brien, Doherty & Kelly, Anna represented clients in professional liability, directors and officers liability, and labor and employment defense matters in federal and state courts, before the United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and the New York State Division of Human Rights, both in litigation and mediation.
Since joining Marks O’Neill in 2019, Anna has represented clients in professional liability, insurance coverage, and general liability matters. She has extensive experience defending malpractice, breach of fiduciary duty, and breach of contract cases.
In her free time, Anna enjoys being outdoors, traveling, and film.
