Ann Nicholas is an Associate with Marks, O’Neill, O’Brien, Doherty & Kelly. She is admitted to practice in New York.

Ann graduated from Pace University in 2015, with a bachelor’s degree in political science. She attended George Washington University Law School, graduating in 2021. During law school, Ann served as a student attorney in the immigration clinic, where she represented noncitizens before USCIS.

Prior to joining Marks O’Neill, Ann was an attorney with a boutique New York litigation firm handling a variety of casualty and general liability matters.

At Marks O’Neill, Ann brings her experience to the Casualty, Healthcare, Professional Liability, Construction and Transportation practice groups.

Outside of work, Ann enjoys traveling, hiking, and swimming.
