Amanda N. Chiarello is an Associate with Marks, O’Neill, O’Brien, Doherty & Kelly’s New York office. She is admitted to practice in New York, New Jersey, and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York. She is also a member of the American Bar Association, the New York City Bar Association, the Richmond County Bar Association, the National Italian American Bar Association, the New York Women’s Bar Association, and the Columbian Lawyers Association, First Judicial Department.
Amanda graduated from Seton Hall University in 2014, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations. She attended New York Law School, graduating in 2018. During law school, she was Co-President of the Italian Law Student Association and was awarded the Dean’s Award for Student Leadership.
During law school she interned at the Kings County District Attorney’s Office. There she gained experience drafting motions, attending court appearances, and preparing for trials.
While at a boutique law firm in New York City, Amanda zealously represented clients in New York state court, specifically for cases involving labor and employment disputes, contract disputes, and personal injury matters.
Since joining Marks O’Neill in 2019, Amanda has represented clients in Casualty Group and Construction Accident/Construction Defect.
She has extensive experience with drafting and arguing substantive and discovery motions, trial preparation, drafting contracts, legal research, conducting depositions, and attending mediations. She enjoys bowling, relaxing on the beach, and spending time with her family, friends, and pets.
