Amanda A. King is Of Counsel with Marks, O’Neill, O’Brien, Doherty and Kelly’s New Jersey office. She is admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York. She is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association.
Amanda graduated cum laude from the Honors Program at Northeastern University in 2012, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature and minors in Criminal Justice and Law Policy and Society. She attended Temple University James E. Beasley School of Law, graduating in 2015. During law school, she participated in Temple’s nationally-recognized Trial Advocacy Program, served as the Fundraising and Events Chair for the Student Public Interest Network and served as the Student Vice Chair for the Tort Trial and Insurance Practice Section of the American Bar Association.
Prior to joining Marks O’Neill, Amanda worked as an associate attorney for a global insurance carrier where she gained invaluable experience litigating general liability cases from inception through conclusion in the New Jersey Superior Court. In that position, she primarily handled commercial motor vehicle and premise liability matters.
Amanda represents clients in construction accident, construction defect, professional liability, medical malpractice, general liability, premises liability and transportation matters.
