Katherine Jeffreys is an Associate with Marks, O’Neill, O’Brien, Doherty & Kelly. Katherine is admitted to practice law in Maryland.

Katherine graduated from Gordon College in Boston, magna cum laude, with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology. While at Gordon, Katherine was a member of the NCAA Division III tennis team. She worked for two years as chief of staff to a Baltimore County Delegate in the Maryland General Assembly, where she researched and wrote testimony for legislation on diverse subject matters, prepared documents for press briefings, coordinated witness testimony, and personally testified on bills. She then attended the University of Baltimore School of Law.

During law school, Katherine gained practical experience as a Rule 19 Student Attorney in the Civil Advocacy Clinic. She successfully prepared and represented her client’s case at trial. She was also Vice President of the Government and Military Club and a finalist in the National Environmental Law Moot Court Competition. Prior to joining Marks O’Neill, she worked in personal injury and employment law.

At Marks O’Neill, Katherine brings her experience to the Casualty, Healthcare, Professional Liability, Construction and Transportation practice groups.

Outside of work, Katherine enjoys playing and coaching tennis, traveling, and playing cello.
