Maura S. Clark is an Associate in the Pittsburgh office of Marks, O’Neill, O’Brien, Doherty & Kelly. She is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania. She is also a member of the Allegheny County Bar Association and is on the Executive Board of the Women in Law Division.
Maura graduated summa cum laude from the University of Pittsburgh with a Bachelor of Arts in History and Communications & Rhetoric. She also earned a Certificate in East European Eurasian Studies (REEES). She then attended Duquesne University School of Law (since renamed as the Thomas R. Kline School of Law) as a Dean’s Scholar Award recipient.
During law school, Maura participated in the publication of the Duquesne Law Review as a Junior Staff Member (Vol. 60) and as the Business Manager (Vol. 61). She also participated in the Family Law Clinic, where she aided pro se litigants in navigating the family court system. Maura was also an inaugural member of Dean’s Leadership Scholar Program.
Prior to joining Marks O’Neill, Maura’s practice focused on railroad related litigation, representing Class 1 and short line railroads.
At Marks O’Neill, Maura focuses her practice on construction, professional liability, toxic tort, product liability, and transportation matters.
Outside of work, Maura spends her free time getting together with family and friends, trying new restaurants around the city, and traveling.
