
Kathy Felezzola is an Associate with Marks, O’Neill, O’Brien, Doherty & Kelly. She is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania.
Kathy graduated from Yale University with a Bachelor of Arts degree and double majored in History and Economics. She then attended the University of Pittsburgh Law School and earned her Juris Doctorate.
During law school, Kathy focused her studies on litigation and interned at a local insurance defense firm that represented insurance companies in matters involving premise liability and product liability. Kathy also worked in-house for the legal department of an oil and gas company, assisting in contract and review and litigation related matters.
Prior to joining Marks O’Neill, Kathy practiced toxic torts and civil litigation at a regional litigation firm. She also previously worked at the Allegheny County District Attorney’s Office where she prosecuted felony, misdemeanor and summary charges in non-jury trials and negotiated plea agreements.
Kathy earned the distinction and was selected as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer, “Rising Star” in 2026. Super Lawyers recognizes Rising Stars limited to the top 2.5% of attorneys under age 40 or in practice less than 10 years. Selection is based on peer nominations, independent research, and professional achievement.
At Marks O’Neill, Kathy focuses her practice on construction, professional liability, toxic torts, product liability and transportation matters.
Outside of work, Kathy spends her free time in the company of family and friends, traveling, and going to musical shows and concerts.
