
Delia A. Clark is Of Counsel with Marks O’Neill O’Brien Doherty & Kelly. She is admitted to practice in New Jersey, Delaware, Pennsylvania, the District of Columbia, as well as before multiple United States District Courts and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
Delia concentrates her practice in complex civil litigation matters, representing clients in high-exposure, multi-party disputes across multiple jurisdictions. She has extensive experience handling workers’ compensation, trucking and transportation defense, casualty and premises liability, commercial litigation, and employment-related matters.
Prior to joining Marks O’Neill, Delia spent more than twenty years primarily handling commercial motor vehicle matters. Delia has experience with commercial litigation and employment disputes, including Title VII, ADA, FMLA, contract, and class action matters in both state and federal courts.
Delia earned her Juris Doctor from Widener University School of Law and her Bachelor’s Degree from The Ohio State University, where she was a Division I scholar-athlete in field hockey.
Outside of work, Delia enjoys the beach, gardening, knitting, and Canasta.
