Following a week long trial in Freehold, New Jersey, the jury deliberated for 17 minutes before finding in favor of our client. The case arose from a motor vehicle accident in which both plaintiff and defendant claimed they had a green signal. By using technology in the Courtroom, including projected images of the intersection, drivers’ points of view and photographs of the vehicles, the jury was visually “brought back” to the accident site.
The plaintiff alleged permanent injuries to her neck and shoulder and had undergone three separate surgeries after the accident. Attorneys Phil Degnan and Melissa Brown successfully challenged every aspect of plaintiff’s claims as to liability, causation and permanency.
