Sebastian Goldstein is Of Counsel with Marks, O’Neill, O’Brien, Doherty & Kelly’s New Jersey office. He is admitted to practice in the Court of Appeals of Maryland, New Jersey Supreme Court, U.S. District Court for District of New Jersey, D.C. Court of Appeals and U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland. He is also a member of the American Bar Association, Maryland Bar Association and Camden County Bar Association.
Sebastian graduated from the American University in 1995 with dual Bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Literature. He then attended American University’s Washington College of Law, graduating in 1999. During law school, he was awarded with the Haneman-Perskie Foundation Scholarship and Dean’s Fellowship. Also he earned a third-year practice certificate, which allowed him to prosecute and try criminal cases for the Arlington Virginia Commonwealth’s Attorney office.
After graduation, Sebastian served as law clerk to the Honorable Steven P. Perskie in the Superior Court of New Jersey and worked as an Associate at a litigation firm in Washington D.C., where he specialize in mass tort litigation.
Since joining Marks O’Neill in 2004, Sebastian has represented corporate clients in mass torts & products liability. He currently manages our Asbestos Litigation Group in New Jersey. Sebastian has extensive experience with litigating high values mass tort cases in both state and federal court.
In his free time, Sebastian enjoys performing magic and spending time with his wife, Kate, and his two sons, Kyle and Blake.
