Sean Robins is Of Counsel with Marks, O’Neill, O’Brien, Doherty & Kelly’s New Jersey office. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey and the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the Third Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court. He is also a member of the Pennsylvania, Philadelphia and Camden County Bar Associations.
Sean graduated from Temple University in 1988, with a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism. He attended the Rutgers School of Law in Camden, graduating in 1993. During law school, Sean was a member of the Rutgers Law Journal and served on the Student Bar Association. Also during law school, Sean interned with the Federal Public Defenders Office and the United States Attorney’s Office. He also served as a summer intern for the Honorable Joel B. Rosen, United States Magistrate Judge, in the Camden vicinage.
Since joining Marks, O’Neill in 2008, Sean has represented clients in professional liability matters (medical and legal), employment, civil rights, premises liability, and condominium association matters, coverage and excess matters and appellate matters. He presently focuses his practice in the areas of appellate, coverage, civil rights and employment matters.
Sean has served as an Arbitrator for the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas since 1996 and has served as a Mediator for the District Court in the District of New Jersey since 2000.
