Robert Fein is an attorney with Marks, O’Neill, O’Brien, Doherty & Kelly’s Elmsford, New York office. He is admitted to practice law in the State of New York and in New York’s Federal Courts (Southern District of New York and Eastern District of New York).
Robert graduated from SUNY Binghamton in 1988, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. He attended Syracuse University College of Law, graduating in 1991. During law school Robert interned at the New York City Housing Authority in New York City and at the Bennett Funding Group in Syracuse, New York, where he gained valuable experience in Public Housing Law and in Commercial Lending Law, respectively.
Prior to joining the firm, Robert represented a wide range of hospitals, nursing homes, physicians and other medical professionals, social service agencies and charitable organizations in defense of medical malpractice and professional negligence claims. Robert has been an invited lecturer at New York City hospitals to discuss current issues in medical and dental malpractice.
Since joining Marks O’Neill in 2013, Robert has represented clients primarily in medical malpractice, chiropractic malpractice and long-term care litigation. Robert has also represented clients in front of the New York State Office of Professional Discipline and in front of the New York Office of Professional Medical Conduct.
Robert resides in Ardsley, New York with his wife and two children.
