Phillip Shank is an associate with Marks, O’Neill, O’Brien, Doherty & Kelly’s Philadelphia office. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania.
Phillip graduated from Dickinson College in 2011 with a degree in Philosophy. He attended Delaware Law School, graduating in 2014. During law school, he was a member of the Moe Levine Mock Trial Honor Society, was a member of Wills for Heroes and served as President of Widener Law Rugby.
During law school, he interned with Veterans Law Clinic and Delaware County Office of Support Enforcement. There he gained experience in litigation preparation and extensive legal research.
Phillip has also had industry work experience, working at two nuclear power plants in the mid-Atlantic region, which helped provide important background for his current position.
Since joining Marks O’Neill in 2016, Phillip has represented clients in toxic torts, mass tort and product liability. He focuses his practice on asbestos litigation.
He enjoys rugby, track and field, classic rock and spending time with his family back home in Chester County.
