Paul J. Wells is an Associate with Marks, O’Neill, O’Brien, Doherty & Kelly’s Westchester County office. He is admitted to practice in New York.
Paul graduated from Fordham University in 1994, with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. He then attended St. John’s University School of Law, graduating in 1997. During law school, Paul was a member of the Student Council and participated in the moot court program. Also during law school, he interned in the Westchester County District Attorney’s Office.
Prior to joining Marks O’Neill, Paul gained extensive experience in handling personal injury matters, as both plaintiff’s counsel and defense counsel.
Since joining Marks O’Neill in 2017, Paul has represented clients in construction site accidents (Labor Law), motor vehicle accidents and premises liability actions. He focuses his practice on defending clients against a variety of general liability lawsuits and has experience in handling all phases of the litigation process, up to and including trials.
Paul enjoys playing cards, billiards and softball. He is a proud father of his son, Christopher, and they reside in Yonkers, New York.
