Patrick J. Nemes is an Associate with Marks, O’Neill, O’Brien, Doherty & Kelly’s New Jersey office. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He is also a member of the New Jersey Bar Association.
Patrick graduated cum laude from Coastal Carolina University in 2010, with a Bachelor’s degree in History. Later, he attended Roger Williams University School of Law, graduating in 2014. During law school, Patrick was a member of the Student Bar Association and Student Honor Board. He also completed internships with the Office of the Attorney General for New Jersey, The Providence Law Department and the Conservation Law Foundation. Since graduating, Patrick has focused his practice primarily on premise liability and public entity litigation.
Since joining Marks O’Neill in 2016, Patrick has represented clients in public entity litigation, general litigation, premises liability and construction defect claims. He focuses his practice in general litigation and premises liability.
Patrick enjoys bee-keeping, reading and long walks along the Delaware and Raritan Canal.
