Michelle D. Gasior is an Associate with Marks, O’Neill, O’Brien, Doherty & Kelly‘s New Jersey office She is admitted to practice law in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
Michelle graduated magna cum laude from Rider University in 2010 with a double major in Political Science and Global Multinational Studies, and a minor in Spanish. She attended Widener University School of Law, graduating in 2013. During law school, she was the President of the Environmental Law Society, a Member of Moot Court and received a pro bono distinction for her volunteer work at the American Civil Liberties Union in Wilmington, Delaware. She also completed an internship with the Burlington County Superior Court.
Prior to joining the firm, she worked as In-House Counsel to a major insurance carrier, where she gained experience litigating and trying cases in the State of New Jersey, including but not limited to personal and commercial motor vehicle, premises liability and products liability matters.
